Tube welding services at United Metal Fabricators range from heli-arc, mig, tig, and brazing using bronze, brass and silver solder to fully automated 6 axis mig and 2 axis tig welding. No matter what your tube welding needs may be, we can assist. Primary activities include arc welding individual pieces of intricate assemblies and performing orbital welding for high pressure aircraft hydraulic lines or other applications. If you require fast, consistent, and economical joining of tubing from 3/8” up to 4” o.d., we can get the job done.

Please note that we are certified gas tungsten arc welders to MIL-STD-1595, in addition to holding many other certifications. We also perform annealing and bright annealing as well as pressure testing and marking of bar codes, identification or serial numbers.
