United Metal Fabricators' wide range of tooling has helped us pioneer many forms of specialty tube fabrications since 1945. We specialize in joining of dissimilar metals for aerospace and other extreme applications. Our unique specialty flaring and end forming operations were developed in house. This core competency allows us to complete the most difficult jobs, no matter what the circumstances. We work with most metal alloys from hypodermic to 3&1/2 o.d., tube or pipe. All primary and secondary operations are done at our plant with CNC equipment.

No Project Too Complex

You may have unique outside diameters, wall thickness or material requirements, but we can fabricate it. The most common material used in tube fabrication is stainless steel, but, we have worked with every other material for a wide range of specialty projects. Custom shapes, such as oval and rectangular tubing are also available. Components can also be shaped and formed per your specs.
