United Metal Fabricators uses the latest CNC equipment and electronic tube measuring systems to ensure the highest degree of accuracy and scalability for our custom tube bending services. World renowned for our specialized tight-radius tube work in the aircraft and nuclear power industries, we have a long record of fabricating high quality products. In addition, we provide certified welding, pressure testing and non-destructive testing for tight quality control. We can work from your prints or reverse engineer a part (functional or failed) to provide the best product for your application.

Tube welding and brazing allows us to work with all metals including the hard to work with specialized aircraft alloys of aluminum, hastelloy, inconel, tantalum, titanium and zirconium. Tube end forming is part of our turnkey production process that includes tube flaring, flanging and hose beading up to 4" diameter. In addition, we upset form beads, flares and flanges up to 3 ½" diameters.
